At one end of 1st Avenue‚ which leads into Varadero's resort centre 4km away, small craft market is one block away, a few Cuban bars and restaurants nearby. Transfer time  About 25 minutes

La Hacienda buffet restaurant serving breakfast‚ lunch and dinner as well as midnight snacks, Ranchon Playa snack bar and grill for continental breakfast and lunch, 3 à la carte restaurants: Mexican, Cuban and Creole (evenings only; reservations required), lobby bar, evening show bar.

Entertainment

Dance lessons, evening entertainment programme including live music and dancing, folklore and Cuban night every week.

Activities

Volleyball, water volleyball, tennis and equipment, table tennis‚ darts & pool table, aqua aerobics, keep-fit classes, football, organised activities and tournaments, scuba-diving lesson in pool (1 per person per stay), non-motorised watersports (subject to availability and weather conditions)
