There are also 3 beautiful swimming pools with children treated to their own water-feature play area at the children's centre. Don't worry though, 1 pool is adults only, so you still get to swim in peace whilst the kids splash about to their heart's content elsewhere! The beach is the perfect place to join in the myriad selection of activities on offer, including beach or pool volleyball. There are also 4 tennis courts for the active, a basketball court and fitness centre. Evening entertainment abounds, with weekly cocktail parties, theme nights and a disco in which to dance the night away. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with a sitting area and all mod cons, making them perfect for families and couples seeking a resort that really does have something for everyone.

Location

On the beachfront on St Lucia's southeast Atlantic coast. Castries, the capital's island, is just over an hour's drive away. Transfer time from International airport 5 min.

3 swimming pools (1 adult-only) and magnificent water park with 1 enclosed and 1 open chute (height restrictions apply), a lazy river for tubing and a freeform pool with waterfalls. Health spa with range of treatments (payable locally), fitness centre with gym, exercise classes, 4 tennis courts with FREE group lessons, fully supervised kids' club with children's activities programme (3-12 years), activities centre and water feature, games area, Jacuzzi (age restrictions), beach and pool volleyball, water aerobics, 2 basketball courts and pool table. Located nearby on Anse de Sables beach is the Club Mistral windsurf centre, where beginners and the more experienced alike can enjoy some of the best surf on the island (seasonal opening as it is run by external supplier and payable locally).

Food & Drink

2 themed à la carte restaurants (Silk is their Asian restaurant and Bellagio is Italian). Each with early child-friendly sittings and later adult-only times (reservations are required and a smart casual dress code applies, with no shorts or jeans). Main dining room for buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks from The Beachside Grill. 3 bars plus swim-up pool bar. Dining is available at the main restaurant with the Kids' Club co-ordinators on request. The hotel can arrange private dining for special occasions on property (local charge).

Deluxe Garden View Rooms are ground floor with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Interconnecting rooms are available on request.

Deluxe Ocean View Rooms - situated on the 1st and 2nd floors and as above, but with partial views of the Atlantic. Premium Ocean View Rooms - higher 3rd floor location with views of the Atlantic and additional tea/coffee-making facilities.
